Bird Hill Pottery came in to being when an interest in ceramics in high school was allowed to grow in to a beloved hobby and cherished creative outlet.  I believe that the act of creating, whether it is fine art or a pretty mug that makes you happy when you pick it up each morning is good for the heart and soul.  I've been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to make objects that I enjoy using and looking at.  I hope that I can continue to learn and and create; and maybe be responsible for some pretty, quirky or at least useful objects making their way in to some of your lives.
